We, the Medical Laboratory Professionals of India, united under the Indian Confederation of Medical Laboratory Science (ICMLS), solemnly affirm our commitment to uphold the dignity, autonomy, and scientific integrity of our profession. Recognizing our vital role in accurate diagnosis, public health, patient safety, and national healthcare delivery, we resolve to build a competent, ethical, and self-regulated professional workforce that serves society with excellence.

Guided by the principles of quality, accountability, and evidence-based practice, we endeavour to promote uniform education, continuous professional development, scientific research, and globally aligned standards in laboratory medicine. We pledge to foster collaboration, inspire leadership, and safeguard the rights and responsibilities of every Medical Laboratory Professional.
