ICMLS has been striving hard along with other AHPs Associations under Joint Forum of Medical Technologists of India (JFMTI) for speedy implementation of NCAHP Act-2021 which is utmost important for the overall improvement in professional education & services. 

In this context, following major steps have been taken by the ICMLS:-

1. NATIONAL STAKEHOLDER SUMMIT ON NCAHP ACT-2021

2. FILED THE PIL IN HON'BLE SUPREME COURT FOR SEEKING SPEEDY IMPLENENTATION OF NCAHP ACT-2021

3. ORGANISED SEVERAL NATIONAL EVENTS TO HIGHLIGHT THE IMPORTNANCE OF NCAHP.

4. AFTER THE DIRECTION OF THE HON'BLE SUPREME COURT DATED 12 OCTOBER, 2024, THE PROCESS WAS SPEED UP BY THE CENTRE AND STATES.
